wonderful use of your mango tree, here and in the sermon.
Thank you for sharing, again and again.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your laying on of hands.
I felt the same way at mine.

Love,

[...] those of you who read my blog consistently, you will find elements of this sermon familiar. I used the story I wrote earlier in the summer to commemorate my father’s death as the jumping off place for a recent sermon. [...]

(((( Jacqueline ))))

We are like trees planted in the Garden of God. I know for myself, personally, some of my most fruitfilled times came when - after a severe pruning - I pretty much felt like I was dying. Thankfully, we can send our roots deeper and deeper. Our fruit becomes lusher. We understand how to give ourselves just the right nourishment, at just the right time, in just the right amounts.

I pray that the little 6year old that is still so much a part of you will someday heal completely. May she understand that while an earthly family may come and go, her spiritual family is with her always - even until the ends of the Earth.

Go ahead...wear Red ;)
